เวลา 17.00 น.วันที่ 22 กันยายน 2553 พล.ต.ท.สุรสีห์ สุนทรศารทูล ผบช.ภ.6 เปิดเผยว่า หลังจากตั้งพล.ต.ต.ชัยณรงค์ วงษ์สุนทร รองผบช.ภ.6 ไปตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงกรณีผบก.ภ.จว.ตาก ที่ตกเป็นข่าวกรณีคลิ๊ปฉาวในที่ทำงาน ขณะนี้ ได้รับการรายงานเบื้องต้นจากพล.ต.ต.ชัยณรงค์แล้วว่า ได้สอบพยานที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้ว วันนี้ เวลา 16.00 น.ตนได้เซ็นต์คำสั่งที่ 279/2553 สั่งย้ายพล.ต.ต.เพ็รชลูก เสียงก้อง ผบก.ภ.จว.ตาก มาประจำที่สำนักงานตำรวจภูธรภาค 6 เป็นระยะเวลา 90 วัน มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 กันยายน 2553 และได้เซ็นต์คำสั่ง280/2553 แต่งตั้งให้พล.ต.ต.จำลอง น้อมเศียร ผบก.กองบังคับการสืบสวนสอบสวนตำรวจภูธรภาค 6 ไปรักษาราชการเป็นผบก.ภ.จว.ตาก มีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 23 กันยายน 2553 ขณะนี้ได้รายงานให้สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติทราบแล้ว
พล.ต.ท.สุรสีห์ เผยต่อว่า ส่วนเรื่องการสอบสวนนั้น ยังคงดำเนินการสอบสวนต่อไป และคิดว่าอีกสองสามวันคงทราบผลมีความชัดเจนมากขึ้น ส่วนการเซ็นต์คำสั่งปลดหรือไล่ออก หรือลงโทษทางวินัยนั้น ต้องตั้งคณะกรรมการสอบสวนวินัยร้ายแรงดำเนินการสอบสวนชี้มูลว่ามีความผิดหรือไม่อย่างไร จากนั้นจะเสนอให้ผบ.ตร.ผู้มีอำนาจดำเนินการต่อไป
